Matthew Jumper’s work focuses on enhancing the lives of San Diegans by providing them with an affordable and aesthetically pleasing place in which to reside. Over the last twenty years, he has directed an award-winning nonprofit corporation, San Diego Interfaith Housing Foundation (SDIHF), in the development and management of approximately 1,200 units of affordable senior and family housing. Working with private investors, community members, design professionals and local, state and federal governments, Mr. Jumper has developed housing that complements neighborhoods and creates a sense of belonging, sensitive to the historic and natural fabric of each diverse community. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University.
Paul Koch has more than 20 years of experience in real estate management and investment. He currently serves as Director of Operationst. His past work includes extensive experience in real estate sales and several years as the Director of Operations for TFC, Inc. (The Famous San Diego Chicken). Mr. Koch holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Doris Snashall is the Director of Property Management. She has earned the prestigious designation of CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She holds an MBA from Concordia University, Irvine and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. With more than 25 years of residential property management experience, Snashall has devoted the last 20 years to affordable housing. For SDIHF she directs the day-to-day operations of each of the properties, supervising the resident managers, on-site staff and vendors and ensuring the administrative and physical integrity of each property. She is active in her community and volunteers for professional and civic organizations.
Lynn Gabe' received her MBA from the University of Redlands and eventually earned her position with Interfaith through more than 30 years of increasingly progressive positions in accounting and finance. As a business consultant, Lynn worked with various companies in accounting, human resources and strategic planning. A native San Diegan, Lynn enjoys many outdoor activities: such as horseback riding, gardening and hiking and is currently writing several novels and a cookbook.
